Undergraduate Research Programs
O The objective of scientific initiation and technological and innovation initiation is to provide undergraduate students with initial contact with the research and development environment. It is expected that this initial contact will awaken a vocation for research, technological development, and innovation. This contact occurs through the student's interaction with active researchers and their teams, and through their active participation in the developments carried out by these researchers. Undergraduate students can voluntarily participate in scientific initiation and technological and innovation initiation projects. It is also possible to apply for scholarships from funding agencies, which are requested by the academic advisor. Students interested in participating in initiation projects should seek advisors who develop work in their preferred areas.
