The cooperation agreement aims to continue the work that has been developed by the mineral and environmental technology research group at DEQM in the area of mineral biotechnology and biochemistry/interface chemistry, aiming to identify biomolecules with potential and/or suitable for use as environmentally friendly bioreagents in the flotation of minerals contained in itabirite iron ores. The project includes the acquisition and maintenance of equipment, purchase of consumables, payment of master's and doctoral scholarships for qualified students, and payment for third-party services.
